Helping Organisations Create Change
Jigsaw Foresight is a partnership between Dr Wendy Schultz and Victoria Ward. Victoria and Wendy built Jigsaw Foresight from deep foundations in academic futures research, practical work in business strategy and organisational change and storytelling, and wide experience in private sector, policy-making and non-profit team building. This collective approach is distinctive: a combination of research-based expertise across foresight, storytelling, change and knowledge management with a commitment to hands-on participation, and to building foresight fluency in whomever we work with. This is supported by a research and creative studio able to distil complex ideas into inspiring artefacts that bring change closer and inspire action; as well as a network of extraordinary Fellows.
Recent research areas include: the future of professional knowledge work in the age of AI; the emerging bio age; the next normal of work; leadership, ego, and decision-making; transformative investment.
